3. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  
• Orders must be confirmed in writing via email or signed purchase agreement.
  
• Custom or special-order items may require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Delivery & Installation

• We offer delivery and installation services across the UAE.
  
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, customization, and site conditions.
  
• Clients must ensure that the installation site is ready, safe, and accessible on the scheduled date.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Support

• All LED screens come with a warranty period as stated in your purchase contract.
  
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by mishandling, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors.
  
• We offer 24/7 technical support and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for ongoing service.

6. Rentals

• LED screen rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  
• Clients are responsible for ensuring safe usage of rented equipment during the rental period.
  
• Any damage to rental equipment will be charged to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Adorn LED Screens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy to process orders, improve services, and communicate with you.
  
• We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

09. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
